Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a BTech Engineer. The role involves overseeing infrastructure projects, including bridge construction, p-way works, RCC/retaining walls, embankments, and soil nailing works. Daily responsibilities include project planning, on-site supervision, resource management, quality control, and compliance with safety standards. Collaboration with various teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to Southern Railway regulations is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering minimum of 7 years preferably in railways, including expertise in cc works, steel fabrication,etc.
• Proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and worksite supervision
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in the infrastructure sector
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including railway officals.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or Staad.Pro, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
• Relevant experience in railway infrastructure or similar projects is an advantage
