B.Sc Agriculture Graduate – Organic Plant Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified B.Sc Agriculture graduate to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and management of our organic plant cultivation unit. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farming operations, implementing organic practices, and ensuring compliance with organic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage organic plant cultivation activities.
• Plan, monitor, and execute crop production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with organic farming standards and certifications.
• Manage soil health, irrigation, and pest control through organic methods.
• Maintain farm records, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for organic inputs.
• Provide technical guidance to field staff and workers.
• Support research and development of new organic farming techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
