Your Tasks: Manage brokerage compliance and processes to increase quality levels and cost efficiency Oversee brokerage exception reviews to meet customer expectations, avoid penalties and develop action plans Monitor brokerage productivity and manage reports by liaising with internal teams to assign goals and targets Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and communicate KPIs and areas of improvement to internal colleagues and external third-party stakeholders Offer mentorship and support, encouraging team members to develop personally and professionally Your Skills: A bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred; advanced qualifications in customs compliance and import regulations are advantageous Licenced Customs Broker, with G Card/F Card/Diploma preferred Good number of years exprience working in customs operations and compliance management Able to motivate team members, meet tight deadlines and communicate with stakeholders and internal management teams Analytical, with budgeting and MS Office skills.
