Role& Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. 2. Manage content calendars and collaborate with creative teams to engage posts. 3. Optimize presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. 4. Track and analyze performance metrics; provide actionable insights. 5. Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages. 6. Stay updated on trends and perform competitive analysis to improve strategies. 7. Work with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. 8. Use audience insights to tailor content for different segments. 9. Handle potential social media crises with timely and appropriate responses. Minimum Qualifications:1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required. 2. Demonstrated experience of 2+ years in a content strategist role or similar position, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns and projects. 3. Profound understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies is essential. 4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, adept at crafting captivating narratives and connecting with diverse audiences effectively. 5.
