Request for Proposal (RFP) Management: Develop and distribute detailed RFPs , specifying technical requirements and procurement standards for materials and services. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety standards . Order & Inventory Management: Monitor purchase orders , ensure timely procurement, and optimize inventory levels to support continuous manufacturing . Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure uninterrupted supply chains. Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards relevant to oil & gas and renewable energy manufacturing. Qualifications & Experience: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes, metallurgical materials, and specialized coatings . Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and perform cost evaluations. Software Proficiency: Experience in using ERP systems, procurement software, and vendor management tools .
