Position: Technical Purchase Engineer Department : Purchase Education: B.E. Request for Proposal (RFP) Management: Develop and distribute detailed RFPs , specifying technical requirements and procurement standards for materials and services. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety standards . Order & Inventory Management: Monitor purchase orders , ensure timely procurement, and optimize inventory levels to support continuous manufacturing . Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure uninterrupted supply chains. Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards relevant to oil & gas and renewable energy manufacturing. Qualifications & Experience: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes, metallurgical materials, and specialized coatings . Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and perform cost evaluations. Software Proficiency: Experience in using ERP systems, procurement software, and vendor management tools . Role Overview: As a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer at our company, your role will involve designing and building control panels, programming Siemens PLC, creating SLD and MLD, and developing control logic from P&ID. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for industrial machinery and processes. Additionally, you will specify, source, and integrate instrumentation devices, develop calibration procedures, and conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency. Collaborating with design engineers, operations teams, and project managers is essential to meet technical requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
