· Job Description: Brazer Operators-Air Conditioners plant

· Location: Nashik Janori and Wadiware plant

· Air Conditioner Manufacturing Units - 5 to 10 positions available

· Experience: 2 to 3 years as a Brazer, preferably from an Air Conditioner manufacturing unit

· Qualifications: ITI

· Responsibilities:

· 1. Work on the subassembly of equipment/components that are part of the larger unit.
2. Set up and operate thermal brazing machine to bond components of fabricated metal products as specified by work orders, blueprints, and data charts.
3. Select torch tips, braze alloy, and flux based on the type and thickness of metal, data charts, or previous brazing record.
4. Screw tips to torches.
5. Position and clamp torches at the specified distance and angle to the workpiece.
6. Align and clamp holding fixtures to the machine bed, table, or conveyor using a rule, square, and hand tools.
7. Align and clamp workpieces into fixtures.
8. Use handheld tools and torches to achieve customer requests for each unit.
9. Prepare components to be run on the machine.
10. Weld metals with dexterity and attention to detail.
11. Operate machines to manufacture blowers for Air Conditioner units.
12. Build and assemble HVAC/Air Conditioners cooling cases according to detailed specifications.
13. Adjust or fit products into jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
14. Use a soldering iron to remove solder bridges and add solder to PCB if needed.
15. Braze runner bars, load bars, and also work in shipping and run ship packer.
16. Have experience with blueprints, calibrate tools, and use other equipment associated with brazing copper fittings to tubing.
17. Remove workpiece from fixture using tongs and cool it using air or water.
18. Provide training for all new brazing employees and progress into the lead brazing trainer for the department.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
