Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive for Health Insurance Plans, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell health insurance products to both Retail (B2C) and Small & Medium Business (SMB/B2B) customers. Your role will offer structured training and ample opportunities for growth in the high-demand health insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: You will be tasked with identifying and generating leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking. - Sales Execution: Your role will involve pitching, promoting, and closing sales of health insurance products to individual and SMB customers. - Territory Management: After training, you will operate within an assigned geographic area to maximize sales opportunities. - Target Achievement: You are expected to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. - Customer Engagement: Educating prospects on product offerings and ensuring excellent after-sales service will be crucial aspects of your role. Training & Development: - 3-Day Classroom Training: You will undergo comprehensive learning sessions on products, compliance, and sales techniques. - 7-Day On-the-Job Training: Gain hands-on experience in the field by working alongside experienced mentors. Candidate Requirements: - Experience: A minimum of 1 year of field sales experience in the Insurance, Banking, or NBFC sectors is required. - Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills are essential. - Age: Applicants must be below 40 years of age. - Mobility: Owning a two-wheeler for local travel within 34 km of the assigned area is necessary.
