As an experienced HR Professional passionate about branding and communication, you have the opportunity to join Manipal Hospitals, a pioneer in healthcare in India with a vast network of 49 hospitals across 19 cities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining brand consistency and executing various branding campaigns. Located in Bangalore, you will work closely with unit SPOCs and agencies to ensure timely and creative delivery while adhering to brand guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be the brand custodian for all units - Create and execute major and minor campaigns - Maintain brand consistency across all units - Manage community platform and enrollments - Develop brand repositories for loyalists and doctor-led stories - Utilize technology for brand promotion - Identify unique selling points of each unit - Assist in collateral requests for 6 assigned units - Collaborate with agencies for collateral development and campaign promotion - Coordinate with media groups and unit SPOCs for campaign insights - Engage with operations SPOCs and clinical heads for customer identification - Conduct media research for campaign enhancement **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field with an MBA in Marketing - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Branding & Communication - Excellent oral and written communication skills If you are ready to contribute to Manipal Hospitals" success story, this role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
