Branding Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Branding Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to craft compelling brand identities, design impactful visuals, and deliver consistent brand experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop brand strategies, design assets, and ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
• Create brand assets such as brochures, presentations, social media creatives, packaging, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand strategy and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research to generate fresh and relevant design ideas.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Present design concepts and rationales to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity projects.
• Ability to translate brand values into effective visual communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of motion graphics and UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
