As a Visual Designer at our university, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling design solutions to enhance our brand identity and visual communication. You will play a crucial role in understanding our institution's vision, academic ethos, and communication objectives to deliver impactful visual narratives across digital and print platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and design creative visual assets in line with our brand strategy and communication goals. - Develop brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all university touchpoints. - Collaborate with various teams to design marketing materials for print, web, and social media. - Create engaging layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling content for various collaterals. - Translate complex academic concepts into visually appealing content. - Stay updated on design trends in education branding to enhance our visual presence. - Review and guide design team members to ensure visual consistency and quality. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely design solutions. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. - Strong understanding of brand communication and design strategy. - Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably in education, media, or creative agencies. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. - Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and composition. - Ability to balance creativity with institutional communication needs. - Portfolio showcasing brand-led design work and creative storytelling ability.
