Role Overview: As a Brand Visual Identity Designer at Shapercult, you will play a pivotal role in shaping India's next iconic shapewear brand by leading the creation of a bold, stylish, and cohesive brand world across various touchpoints. Your creativity and design expertise will be instrumental in establishing and evolving Shapercult's visual identity. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the visual identity of Shapercult across digital platforms, packaging, campaigns, and retail outlets - Design brand assets, ad creatives, lookbooks, website layouts, and social media content - Collaborate effectively with the content, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency - Infuse fashion-forward aesthetics and trend-aware design thinking into all projects - Develop and maintain a brand style guide that can adapt and scale with the company's growth Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of design experience in fashion/apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign creation, and digital design - Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (D2C) aesthetics, minimalistic design principles, and visual storytelling - Bonus points for experience in photo/video direction, typography, and motion graphics Additional Details: The position is based in Gurugram, Haryana and requires on-site presence on a full-time basis. Shapercult offers a competitive compensation package ranging from INR 50,000 to INR 70,000 for this creative role within a growth-focused brand.
