As a Marketing Associate at AMINU, you will be the entry point into all things marketing at the company. Your journey will begin by learning to interact with people, understanding the brand's purpose, and observing how conversations shape connections. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with customers through ORM + CRM, listen to their experiences, and run small-scale campaigns. This is the core of the role and marks the starting point for every marketing journey at AMINU. - Choose your growth path from areas like Influencer Marketing & Community Building, Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, Creative Direction, or Growth & Retention Marketing. Qualifications Required: - Original ideas and clear thinking. - Basic understanding of AMINU's products and tone by visiting www.aminu.life. - Must possess a lot of personality and a unique perspective on the world. - Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of marketing experience are welcome to apply. - Enthusiastic, curious, and skincare-loving individuals. - Should be a people-person who enjoys listening and has clear communication skills. - Thrives in a dynamic environment, as marketing and social media are fast-paced and sometimes messy. - Curious, empathetic, observant, and hands-on individuals who prefer trying things out rather than just observing. - Eager learners and unlearners who are open to growth and development opportunities. Please Note: - The position is in-office at Kandivali, Mumbai. Remote work is not an option. - Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. - The probation period is 3 to 6 months with a stipend of 15,000 per month.
