Location: - Ahmedabad, India

Experience: - 2-5 Years (USA Real Estate Marketing)

Shift Timing: - US Shift (Monday Friday)

WFO: - 5 Days (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Brand Marketing Project Specialist with 25 years of experience in USA Real Estate Marketing. This role will be responsible for executing brand marketing strategies, coordinating cross-functional marketing projects, and supporting corporate initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, writing, and visual communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Project Management

  • Support the Marketing Director in implementing and tracking brand strategy across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
  • Manage marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of content for brochures, websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate the design and distribution of promotional materials for corporate initiatives.

Corporate Portfolio Marketing Support

  • Prepare and maintain fact sheets, presentations, and marketing kits for real estate portfolios.
  • Research and track industry events, workshops, and speaking opportunities relevant to the real estate market.
  • Develop calendars to align marketing strategies with US market-specific development cycles.
  • Assist in planning grand openings and corporate events (vendor coordination, guest lists, branded materials).

Digital & Social Media

  • Support website content updates and ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with social media strategy execution and content alignment with brand goals.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, signage vendors, and other partners to produce high-quality marketing deliverables.
  • Help build and maintain media contact lists, partner databases, and distribution lists for campaigns and press releases.

  • Preferred Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, CRM platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
