You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital channels to drive customer engagement and sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. - Define brand guidelines and ensure they are applied across digital platforms. - Monitor brand performance and perception in the marketplace. - Oversee product listing processes, including product descriptions, pricing, and categorization. - Ensure product images and content align with brand standards. - Collaborate on the product and content to create engaging product descriptions and promotional content. - Manage promotional campaigns and product launches. - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content and promotional materials. - Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. - Build and nurture relationships with customers through social media and digital platforms. - Oversee community management, including responding to customer inquiries and feedback. - Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. - Implement loyalty programs and brand ambassador initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns. - Proficiency in social media management and community engagement. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar). - Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies. - Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
