Brand Experience & Community specialist

As an elegant, authentic, and detail-oriented professional at Mantara Luxury Home Hardware, your role will involve leading brand experience and community engagement efforts. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to engage customers, designers, and the broader Mantara community. This includes planning and managing offline and digital brand experiences such as events, collaborations, studio interactions, and social campaigns. Creating engaging, on-brand content to foster trust and emotional connection, and partnering with internal teams to align marketing, design, and community goals. You will also track and analyze engagement data, customer sentiment, and feedback to enhance experience quality, and build and maintain relationships with influencers, design professionals, and loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute strategies to engage customers, designers, and the broader Mantara community. - Plan and manage offline and digital brand experiences - events, collaborations, studio interactions, and social campaigns. - Create engaging, on-brand content that fosters trust and emotional connection. - Partner with internal teams to align marketing, design, and community goals. - Track and analyze engagement data, customer sentiment, and feedback to enhance experience quality. - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, design professionals, and loyal customers. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community management, brand experience, event planning, or lifestyle marketing. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, graceful and confident in both written and verbal communication. - Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. - Comfortable managing both online communities and in-person events. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights. - Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (preferred).
