Develop and execute Unstudio's brand strategy from scratch
C reate, maintain, and explore new expressions of the Unstudio brandfrom the vibe, to the visuals, to those little details that have a big impact
Oversee the design and implementation of stunning brand campaigns by working with in-house team, freelancers and agencies
W ork cross-functionally to define, design and deliver templates and collateral for our marketing, sales, and support team
Drive marketing initiatives at the intersection of design AI
Stay informed about emerging design techniques, especially how AI is revolutionising design
Help Unstudio build a following across channels and mediums

About you

Passion for building brands and telling compelling visual stories
S trong visual design skill , with impeccable taste (fluency and skill in graphic design, typography, and illustrationwith the highest standards for quality)
2+ years of experience in brand strategy, design, and creative direction, ideally within a fast-growing startup or agency environment.
You are an entrepreneur, you love building things from scratch, taking the initiative, and can drive multiple projects simultaneously through excellent organisational skills
Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering stunning campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Passionate about creating exceptional brand experiences, with a keen understanding of the impact of design on audience engagement.
Nice to have: Experience using AI to create stunning designs along with familiarity with AI technology or a background in photography, as they align with our product and vision.
Nice to have: You have built a following over one or more social media channels, thanks to your creative skills
