Brand Designer

As a Brand Designer at BAYNE in Kochi, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand with intention, simplicity, and bold ideas. We are not just looking for someone to operate tools but for a creative thinker who can lead and create. Your responsibilities will include creating the brand identity across digital and physical spaces, conceptualizing and directing creative projects ranging from social media to packaging, and collaborating closely with the team to maintain the essence of the brand while introducing fresh ideas. We are seeking a candidate who is a thinker first, possesses a strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual systems, and can effectively communicate stories through design to enhance a brand's presence. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required, and knowledge of Sketching, 3D, and videography is a bonus. While direct involvement in these tasks may not be necessary, having knowledge in these areas will be advantageous as you will be part of such projects.
