Job Description

Job Title: Brand Management (Night Shift)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Work from Office)

Experience: 6+ years

Shift: Night shift

Mode of interview: Video call

Hiring mode: Full time

Education: Full time Bachelors degree

We are looking for an experienced of a Brand and Product Management lead, you should possess very strong understanding of product development lifecycle with strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen. Should have strong relationship building skills and a highly professional client service orientation

Key Responsibilities:

Brand and Product Management Analyst:

Should be able to make routine and non-routine decisions, independently.
Have prior experience of leading projects and making project management decisions, with some latitude.
Have prior experience of completing complex tasks and projects which required independent initiative
Manage a high volume of Product submissions, in various stages of development and approval and ensure timely completion of required tasks at each stage of the Product development lifecycle.
Should have the knowledge of escalating operation process issues and identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Operational management of assigned workload within the product development workflow, data integrity, systems, and training.
Review every submission and facilitate/traffic through the entire PD process.
Confirm accurate completion of each product submission.
Provide timely issue communication and escalation to BPM management and facilitate visibility to the status of submissions in process

Key Skills and Competencies:

Result and Detail-oriented.
Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings with high energy level; strong work ethic, self-driven, independent thinker
Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen.
Exhibit a willingness to be adaptable and flexible, and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred Business Administration
6+ years of experience in compliance and product development preferred
Fluent in English. Knowledge of any foreign language will be an added advantage ( Spanish. German, French, Italian and other European language skills)
Ability to maintain relationships with internal/external customers, establish critical external alliances, resolve conflicts effectively, listen and ask questions to ensure understanding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Should be open to work in shifts/different time zones.
