Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis “Go the extra mile” to drive sales. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design) Maintains the stability and reputation of the store. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Also, should have good knowledge of Furnishing and Furniture. Superior product knowledge. Achieving established targets. Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor. Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
