BRAND AMBASSADOR Field Activations

You will be actively engaging with customers at retail outlets to promote product awareness by offering samples and product information to encourage trial and purchase. Meeting daily sampling and sales engagement targets is a key responsibility, along with maintaining a neat and professional appearance while on duty. It is important to ensure timely check-in and check-out at assigned locations and record daily feedback for submission of simple activity reports. You will cooperate with team leads and outlet supervisors to ensure smooth activations and represent the brand positively and respectfully at all times. Requirements include a KCSE certificate or equivalent and prior experience in promotions, activations, sales, or customer service is an advantage. You should be outgoing, confident, and able to speak to customers comfortably. It is necessary to be available full-time during the activation period and reside within or near the listed areas (or be able to commute reliably).
