Job Description

As an Executive - Branch Support at our company, you will be responsible for handling back office administration tasks. Working under the guidance of the Branch/Base Head, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Handling call management including picking calls, transferring calls, and providing information to prospects/customers - Managing emails received on the central email id - Coordinating ICABS ticket assignments and updates with employees - Dealing with invoice forecast, suspensions, printing, and distribution - Generating renewal reports and letters for Customer Service Executives - Managing termination requests, CR tickets, SHE-related documentation, and fumigation certifications - Assisting in license renewals, compliance, and audit preparations - Calculating incentives and managing attendance records - Handling branch customer documentation, receipt, and deposit slip entries - Managing petty cash, local bank activities, and conveyance records - Uploading service dockets and other activities as assigned by the Branch Manager - Educational Qualification: Any Graduation degree - Experience: At least 2-3 years in back office administration, preferably from an MNC - Skills: Typing skills, computer skills with proficiency in applications like Word and Excel At RPCI, our core values revolve around safety, integrity, innovation, learning & development, openness & transparency, and performance orientation.
