Branch Sales Manager(Life insurance)

As a Sales Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development for life insurance products through the direct channel. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving branch-level targets for new business premium, persistency, and productivity. Your role will also involve team management, where you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Executives. Motivating the team through regular performance reviews, coaching, and goal setting will be essential for achieving success. Furthermore, ensuring superior customer experience at all touchpoints and handling escalated customer issues promptly and effectively will be key aspects of your job. You will also need to ensure that branch operations comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies, while maintaining accurate records of business transactions and MIS reports. In addition, tracking competitor activities and market trends to provide insights to senior management for product and strategy improvements will be part of your responsibilities.
