Job Description

Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency and NPA target. o Devising appropriate collection route maps for the collection. o Contacting and visiting chronic customers on a regular basis to ensure maximum collections o Responsible to monitor promise to pay and address the broken promises o Timely allocation of due customer to collectors ( CM) and obtain regular feedback for the accounts allocated o Maintaining and building long-term customer relationship o Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to team leader o Coach, facilitate, solve problem and participate with the team in achieving targets o Conducting Saturday meetings to review customer manager performance o Periodically Report on team and individual work achievements, problem and progress in mastering task.
