Branch Manager-Health Insurance Agency Call

As a Manager - Agency, you will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8-10 sales managers in the Agency Channel. Your team of Sales Managers will be accountable for the following key responsibilities: - Recruiting a team of Health Insurance Advisors from your own social and professional network. - Providing training to the team on industry standards with the support of the training department of Health Insurance Companies to ensure they are fully equipped to sell Health Insurance products in the market. - Monitoring the day-to-day activity planning and execution of the Agency team. The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications: - Age between 23-35 years. - Minimum 4 years of Agency Sales experience in the Insurance Sector. - At least 2 years of experience in team handling. - Willingness to travel across assigned locations. - Demonstrated success in managing Advisor Development Productivity. - High levels of honesty and integrity. - Willingness to stretch and achieve targets.
