Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth through effective communication, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, expand customer base, and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

6-12 years of experience in stock broking or related field (equity broking, insurance sales).
Proven track record in branch handling or management with excellent leadership skills.
Strong understanding of investment products such as mutual funds sales and third-party products.
Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams for high performance.
