Job Description

The Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of a logistics branch, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of services to clients. This role includes managing a team, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all logistics services are carried out in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of logistics professionals, including drivers, warehouse staff, customer service representatives, and operations coordinators.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of branch activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
