BRANCH HEAD AFTER SALES

Role Overview: As the Branch Head of the Department of dealership, you hold the supreme authority and are fully responsible for the overall functioning and administration of the organization. Your primary role involves formulating strategies, policies, and broad objectives to achieve the defined annual target set by Mercedes-Benz India. Your dedication is essential in increasing the efficiency of the dealership and ensuring the continuous success of the business. You work closely with the GM and After-Sales team to ensure that both strategic and operational goals are met while implementing necessary measures. Additionally, you are accountable for the successful implementation of all retail processes within the dealership, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and upholding a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate strategies, policies, and broad objectives to achieve defined annual targets - Increase efficiency of the dealership and strive for business success - Consult with GM and After-Sales team to ensure strategic and operational goals are met - Implement measures to enhance the retail process within the dealership - Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and positive brand image Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering - Masters/Diploma in Business Administration - 15-20 years of professional experience in the automotive After-Sales field Please note that the Job Type for this position is Full-time, and the work location is in person.,
