Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Head to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
