Qualify leads and set up appointments for follow-up or counseling sessions. Close sales over the phone and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service and support during and after the sales process. Handle customer objections professionally and work toward resolving issues promptly.
