Job Description

Answer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding services, prices, and packages. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of DMIT and counselling services. including how it works, its benefits for personal and professional development, and how it relates to counselling services. Qualify leads and set up appointments for follow-up or counseling sessions. Close sales over the phone and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service and support during and after the sales process. Handle customer objections professionally and work toward resolving issues promptly. Contact businesses or private individuals for collaborations Use Linked in, Whatsapp and other B2B Platforms to generate leads Qualifications Qualification: HSC, Bachelors in any field.
