Job Description

Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation. Conduct audience research and create targeted ad strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy. Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes to refine advertising strategies. Manage advertising budgets and track expenditures effectively. Report campaign performance insights to stakeholders and recommend improvements. REQUIREMENT Proven experience in social media advertising, preferably in the education, counseling, or career guidance industry. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools. Ability to create and optimize high-converting ad campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, or related fields. Qualifications Current or recent student working towards a degree in Digital Media or Media Studies, Marketing or Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications, and/or related fields. Exceptional writing skills are required (English). Proficient verbal communication/speaking skills are a plus. Social Media platform experience required. Canva experience preferred. Responsive, consistent, and effective communicator, even during conflict. Ability to work remotely and on their own schedule in order to make deadlines. Google Workspace experience preferred.
