BPO & Tele caller

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore South. As a BPO & Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information about products and services, and maintaining customer records. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, updating account information, following up on customer requests, and collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Strong customer service skills and experience in handling calls are essential. You should also have the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrate basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, and exhibit problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Moreover, your ability to multitask and manage time efficiently will be crucial in this role. Prior experience in a BPO or call center is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
