BPO RECRUITER- WFH

Core Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop hiring plans, especially for bulk requirements.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, use job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and referrals to find candidates for voice, non-voice, and technical roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess qualifications, and manage interview scheduling with operations teams.
• Candidate Management: Maintain communication, provide feedback, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure a good candidate experience.
• Hiring & Onboarding: Coordinate final selections, conduct reference checks, extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Reporting & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire), manage databases, and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Key Skills Needed

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with ATS & MS Office
• Time management & organizational skills
• Knowledge of BPO industry trends

Must be very user friendly with job portals and must have used like, job hai, indeed, workindia, linkedin etc

Age, upto 40 years

Salary 10-15k + incentivies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
