If you have strong technical knowledge and good English communication skills, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via calls and chats. Troubleshoot and provide product/service information. Manage escalation cases effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets. Requirements Excellent technical knowledge. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Shifts Rotational shifts including night shift. 5 working days, 2 rotational week offs. Side pickup/drop facility for odd-hour shifts. Salary CTC: ₹30,000 In-hand: ₹25,000 Interview Process HR Round Operations Round Assessment Round 2. Domestic BPO – Customer Service Associate (Inbound Voice Process) Responsibilities Assist customers by resolving their issues and answering queries over calls. Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate and timely responses. Requirements Fluency in any two languages: Hindi, Bengali, English, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Odia. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Shifts Rotational shift of 9 hours. 1 rotational week off. No night shift for female employees. Salary & Benefits CTC: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 Additional ₹2,000 language allowance for Odia speakers. PF & ESIC provided. Paid overtime & split shift benefits. Promotion opportunity after 9 months.
