BPO / International Voice Process

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for the Indian Branch of the company, your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats regarding HVAC products and services. Additionally, you will manage orders, provide technical support, resolve issues, and update customer information in the CRM system.
