As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Your major areas of focus will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Overseeing the recruitment and retention processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent - Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor regulations and laws - Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive position - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Demonstrated experience in developing strategic HR plans and policies - Strong leadership and communication skills - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; a Master's degree is preferred Please note that this job falls under the category of IT Software, is a full-time position, and is based in Bangalore and Delhi.
