BPO Customer Care Collections Senior Rep

Role Overview: NTT Data Services is seeking individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Business Process Outsourcing team, helping to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction by resolving outstanding Accounts Receivables for insurance companies in the US. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, analyzing medical insurance claims, and maintaining a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables - Respond to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance - Resolve routine questions following pre-established guidelines - Perform research on customer inquiries - Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and team processes Qualifications Required: - Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 8:30PM to 5:30AM or 10:30PM to 7:30AM - High school diploma - 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications - 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role involving correspondence with English-speaking customers - 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role involving application of business rules and decision-making - Willingness to adjust shift timings as per client requirements and work overtime or weekends as needed Please note that all new hires will be required to successfully complete NTT Data's Orientation/Process training classes and demonstrate proficiency in the material.,
