Daily calling on Dialer and Manual & predictive calling which will be around 150dialed minimum & 80 connected minimum in a day. Make calls to clients both Fresh and Follow ups to convince them for hearing check-up & hearing aid trial with accurate, valid and complete information. Daily and timely reporting. Maintaining client information in excel and CRM. Daily coordination with our clinical and field team to ensure the work is completed on time. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing result by achieving Daily/Monthly target. Targets keeps on varying month on month
