Contract Manager/Administator

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Contract Management: Receive, review, and process contracts through DocuSign for execution and signature.
2. Document Handling: Ensure contracts are stored securely, appropriately categorized, and easily retrievable for reference.
3. Data Accuracy: Verify the completeness and accuracy of contract information before processing. 4. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding contract status and related inquiries.
5. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to contract management workflows to enhance efficiency.
