BPO Associate

As an Escalation Support at Flipkart, your role involves providing customer support through voice process. You will be responsible for handling customer escalations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Addressing customer concerns and issues through voice calls - Resolving escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support - Adhering to the company's escalation handling procedures - Collaborating with team members to find solutions for complex issues Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline - Freshers or individuals with minimum 6 months of experience - Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory - Versant score of 4 or 5 - Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 day off on a rotational basis - Comfortable with the shift timings: 9am to 8pm for females and 9am to 9pm for males - Work location is at GNR (Kudlu gate) - Job types include full-time, permanent, and open for fresher candidates Additional Company Details: Flipkart offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund - Quarterly Bonus - Apprenticeship stipend: - Fresher: 19,000 (Take Home) - Experienced: 22,000 (Take Home) - Competitive CTC of 21,000 per month for freshers and up to 25,000 per month for experienced candidates In this role, you will be based in person at the office location.
