BPO Associate

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to address queries, complaints, and concerns through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
• Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions for issues related to products or services.
• Information Dissemination: Furnish accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Transaction Processing: Handle and process transactions, which can include order taking, payments, claims, or other back-end operations.
• Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain customer records, and ensure data accuracy and completeness in systems like CRM.
• Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when they cannot be resolved at the associate level.
• Documentation: Document all customer interactions, steps taken, and resolutions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Performance Monitoring: Achieve set performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to improving processes by collaborating with team members and providing feedback.
• Typical Communication Channels Voice Process: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Non-Voice Process: Responding to customers via email, live chat, or other non-verbal methods.
