The successful candidate will teach and mentor cadets enrolled in the Advanced Diploma in Nautical Science program, following the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA), UK curriculum. Qualifications Master Mariner (FG) Certificate of Competency or higher recognized by the MCA (UK) or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant sea service experience in a senior officer capacity. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to high standards in maritime education and cadet welfare.
