  • Minimum of ten years related work experience, with at least five years of Delivery management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in automation and manual testing.
  • Must have Agile, Confluence, JIRA, Monitoring and refining dashboards and must comply with Continuous process improvement for process flows/workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Proficiency in using JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail for bug tracking and working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integration.
  • Proficient in IT project planning, SDLC methodologies and enterprise software delivery
  • Experience in vendor mgmt, risk mitigation and budget control. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience integrating security practices into IT projects

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, or a Master s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry (preferred)
  • This leadership role will have multiple domains within FAST including Production Support, Fund Event Testing and Divisional Platforms
  • Strategic Leadership business alignment will be critical
  • Collaboration with US Leadership to build the journey road map key prioritization.
  • Stakeholder Mgmt and communications.
  • Ability to optimize delivery models.
  • Conducts regression testing and stress testing to verify application stability and responsiveness under various load conditions.
  • Collaborates across IT teams to execute manual End-to-End test cases and exploratory tests, following test case standards.

  • Participates in the implementation and maintenance of test automation strategies, test design, and coding reviews to ensure quality.
  • Translates functional requirements and technical specifications into test scripts for new development or enhancement projects.
  • Participates in the quality assurance testing process and follows up to assist in ensuring that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements.
  • Analyzes input and output of test data. Identifies discrepancies between requirements and expected results
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Executes usability tests to assess the user experience and performance of the application, ensuring the software is intuitive and meets accessibility and design standards.
  • Prepares comprehensive test reports that document test outcomes, bugs, usability concerns, and recommendations, and shares findings with the development and design teams for corrective actions.
  • Participates in design reviews and provides feedback on user stories, interface elements, and product workflows to identify quality risks early in the development cycle.
  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance goals, reviews performance.
  • Responsible for delivering software releases relating to the product for the business units, managing the testing, evaluation, and selection of IT vendor products. Works with business clients to determine scope, and develops environmental requirements for each project.
  • Develops and implements changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and evaluates and recommends appropriate strategies and technologies for building products and delivering services.
  • Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. Works with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short and long range goals.
  • Presents status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to provide long-term collaborations and deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Leads the strategy and execution to build, buy, and integrate business technology solutions.
  • Ensures staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures, and verifies that deliverables meet requirements.
