Job Description

Role Purpose:

  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the bodyshop workshop.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process (from receiving the vehicle through to delivery).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, service technicians, and parts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers when they arrive, understand and document the damage / repair needs.
  • Prepare detailed repair job cards and cost estimates (labor, parts, paint).
  • Liaise with insurance surveyors / companies to manage claim approvals.
  • Coordinate with the workshop / technicians to monitor the progress of repair.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle status, expected timelines, and any changes.
  • Explain the repair work done, the parts replaced, and costs at the time of vehicle delivery / billing.
  • Handle customer complaints / escalations, and ensure closure of issues.
  • Manage documentation: repair orders, job cards, insurance papers, invoices.
  • Assist in payment processing / invoicing when the customer collects the vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
