Business Head for a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) vertical is a senior leader responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and growth of a company's consumer-facing products or services , managing areas like customer experience, brand building, market expansion, team leadership, and financial performance to drive revenue and market share in the individual consumer market. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Vision: Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the B2C business, aligning it with overall company goals. P&L Ownership: Own and grow the profitability of the B2C division in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Customer Focus: Enhance customer loyalty, drive repeat engagement, and build strong customer relationships through effective strategies. Brand & Marketing: Partner with marketing teams to strengthen the brand's presence, positioning, and market awareness among consumers. Operations & Growth: Oversee day-to-day operations and implement growth strategies, including digital acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle management. Partnerships: Explore and develop strategic partnerships with retailers, marketplaces, and other entities to expand market reach and penetration. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team responsible for areas like growth, operations, and customer experience. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and insights to optimize business performance, improve efficiency, and guide strategic choices.
