We work with a global clientele, blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with modern, bespoke designs. Our mission is to revive artisan skills, create timeless masterpieces, and offer karigars (artisans) a platform to showcase their hunar (talent) on the world stage.

Role Overview

We are hiring skilled Borosilicate Handicraft Karigars (Artisans) who specialize in borosilicate glass shaping, blowing, and finishing. As part of our team, you will work alongside designers and craftsmen to create exclusive handcrafted pieces that reflect excellence, creativity, and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handcraft high-quality products using borosilicate glass techniques – flame work, blowing, cutting, molding, annealing, and finishing.
• Collaborate with designers to bring new concepts and custom orders to life.
• Ensure precision, durability, and quality standards in every piece produced.
• Maintain and handle glassblowing equipment, torches, and tools safely.
• Innovate with traditional techniques while adapting to modern design requirements.
• Complete production within given timelines while ensuring zero compromise on craftsmanship.
• Mentor junior artisans (if experienced) and contribute to team skill development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in borosilicate glasswork.
• Strong expertise in flame-working, torch handling, and polishing.
• Ability to work with precision, detailing, and patience.
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern borosilicate techniques.
• Ability to interpret and execute design sketches and technical instructions.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined while working with glass equipment.
• Passionate about artisanal work and innovation.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (based on skills & experience)
