Booking & Reservation Executive

Job Title: Booking & Reservation Executive Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Manage and process room reservations through phone, email, and online channels. Provide guests with accurate information on room types, rates, availability, and ongoing promotions. Use reservation systems (e.g., Opera) to create, modify, and update bookings. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met. Prepare reservation confirmations and handle booking cancellations or amendments as per company policy. Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records, assisting with occupancy forecasting and reporting. Actively upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest queries promptly and professionally. Requirements HSC or Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in travel, logistics, or car rental back office preferred. Proficient in Excel, Gmail, WhatsApp Web, and basic CRM usage. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken). Must be detail-oriented and process-driven. Comfortable with multitasking and handling time-sensitive coordination. To Manage And Process Reservations, Ensuring Accurate And Timely Booking Confirmations, Handling Customer Inquiries, And Potentially Managing Cancellations And Modifications, All While Providing Excellent Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
