Bond Analytics Analyst

As a Bond Analytics Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will be a part of the Corporate Bank (CB) division, a leading player in cash management, trade finance, lending, securities services, and Trust & Agency Services. Your role will specifically fall under the Trust and Securities Service (TSS) business, which is known for providing administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets. Your Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret governing legal and issuer documents such as Prospectuses/Offering Circulars, Bond Indentures, and Pooling and Servicing Agreements. - Participate in ad hoc/special projects to support process improvement and technology initiatives. - Analyze issues, offer practical solutions, and work independently with minimal supervision. Your Skills And Experience: - Bachelor of Science/Engineering or qualified CA/CFA with a high GPA and at least 5 years of professional experience. - Previous experience in developing cash flow models and exposure to the securities industry. - Proficient in MS Excel and/or MS Access, with good scripting skills in VBA. - Experience in using SQL. - Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, with a focus on customer/client service. - Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
