Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate and monitor steam boiler systems in accordance with IBR and internal SOPs.
Maintain optimal boiler performance by controlling pressure, temperature, and water levels.
Conduct daily checks, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure uptime.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of operational parameters, inspections, and service activities.
Ensure strict compliance with IBR standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Work closely with the maintenance and utilities team to troubleshoot issues and support utility systems.
Assist in preparing for and coordinating boiler inspections with government authorities.
Participate actively in health & safety initiatives and contribute to a zero-incident work culture.
Recommend improvements for system efficiency and energy savings.
Support multiple tasks across projects independently and within cross-functional teams.
