• The ideal candidate must have Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to customers, Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide a professional and positive experience.
• Initial inspection and estimation: Conduct a visual inspection of damaged vehicles, document the damage, and provide customers with a clear cost and time estimate for the repair.
• Repair planning: Translate customer needs into detailed work orders for technicians and explain the repair plan, including options, costs, and timelines.
• Process coordination: Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available and monitor the progress of the repair work.
• Insurance claims: Act as the point of contact between the customer, insurance company, and repairers, including preparing and submitting necessary documents for claims.
• Customer communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repair, including any unexpected delays or additional repairs needed.
• Quality control: Perform a final quality check on the completed work to ensure it meets manufacturer and customer standards before delivery.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle repair history.
