Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Customer interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and maintain a professional and communicative relationship throughout the repair process.
  • Vehicle assessment: Inspect damaged vehicles to diagnose the extent of the damage and create detailed repair orders.
  • Estimating and billing: Provide cost and time estimates for repairs, explain the estimate to the customer, and finalize billing after the work is completed.
  • Insurance coordination: Handle the insurance claim process, including notifying the insurance company, verifying documents, and submitting reports.
  • Workflow management: Relay repair instructions to the shop floor, monitor the progress of the work, and ensure repairs are completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Quality control: Perform final checks on completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before the customer takes delivery of the vehicle.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to the repair schedule.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, customer interactions, and repair history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
